We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent who consents to the collection of personal information from your child, you agree that your child may use Jump and that we may collect, use, and disclose your child's personal information.
Information you give us
When you sign up for Jump, you may give us information such as your name, email, age-range, and education level. In addition:
If you make an app-purchase, you give us your billing information, which may include your credit card data.
When you post comments in response to a photo or video we-and other users-receive that information.
Device information is automatically collected and stored about the device you use when you access Jump. Device information includes, the type of device you're using (e.g., an iPhone) and your internet service provider.
Location can include your device's GPS signal and information about nearby Wi-Fi networks and cell towers. We get this information when you use location-enabled services like MapQuest, which can give you driving directions based on your current location.
Information from third-party sources
We may receive additional information about you that is publicly or commercially available and combine that with the information we have collected or received about you in other ways. Also, we receive information about you when you choose to connect with other social networking services while using Jump.
Transfer of ownership
If the ownership of Jump changes, your information may be transferred to another company. If we believe a transfer results in a material change in the use of the information we've collected or received about you, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of the transfer.
How to contact us
We’ll notify you before we make changes to these terms and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use. Your continued use of Jump following notice of the changes to our terms, policies, or guidelines, constitutes your acceptance of our amended terms.
If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content, or information on Jump, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim. Although we provide rules for user conduct, we do not control or direct users' actions on Jump and are not responsible for the content or information users transmit or share on Jump.
Protecting the Rights of Others
We can remove any content or information you post on Jump if we believe that it infringes on the IP rights of others. If we remove your content and you believe we removed it in error, we will provide you with an opportunity to appeal. If you repeatedly infringe on others' IP rights, we may disable your account.
Jump Media App users have the responsibility and the right to block content they find objectionable. Jump fosters social awareness and interpersonal skills by implementing a protected structure with secure filters. This protection allows users to establish and maintain positive relationships by communicating respectfully and constructively within the Jump network.
Posting pornographic, violent, or unauthorized communications (such as spam) on Jump.
Uploading viruses or other malicious spyware.
Soliciting or accessing an account belonging to someone else.
Bullying, intimidating, or harassing other Jump users.
Sharing Your Content
You own all the content and information you post on Jump; and you can control how it is shared. However, for content that is covered by Intellectual Property rights, like photos and videos; you specifically give us joint IP rights. The joint IP rights end when you delete your IP content or your account, unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. We appreciate you and welcome your feedback!
